The legal documentation for the path between Dunstable Road and the Recreation Field has been completed. Work will shortly begin on the path. This will be run by DROPS.
Northall was chosen for the proposed Local Safety Scheme 2003/04 this meant that Buckinghamshire County Council implemented a scheme putting in 40 mph signs and roundels on the road to make traffic using the A4146 aware of the speed limit. Other measures were also included such as cutting back hedges.
The Parish Council is in the early stages of trying to improve the safety of children waiting for the school buses. In particular it is looking to see if there is a better place for children to stand while waiting for the School bus and to dis-embark in the afternoon. One of the places being considered is on the area of land near the Knolls View. If any parishioner has any thoughts on possible areas to wait, improvements that can be made or any ideas please contact the Clerk.
